What's good Unc,

Although we didn't spend as much time together as l would have liked, we still shared some good times together. I feel like there was still so much to learn from you. You not being here is bittersweet because I know you were in pain, but I'm happy that you don't have to hurt anymore. Sleep well and I love you.

Your nephew,
Brandon

The loss of a love one is a severe sting to our hearts May the God of Comfort sustain you. He promises a life free of sadness and pain. Psalms 37:9,10. He promises that we will see our loved ones that are sleeping. John 5:28,29. Please know that his promises are true. Our Creator's promise is true Numbers 23:19.

Although your work on earth is done
Your life in heaven has just begun.
Your struggles here were hard and long
But they're over now, you're finally home.

Life wasn't easy, by choice or fate
A decision made, sometimes too late.
A fight to the finish, always strong
Rest easy Hollis, you're finally home.

While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Hollis , it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will reflect on his seemingly small, yet precious memories. This happens, especially when we experience the loss of someone loved. However, take confidence in knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. The difference is, God can and will restore perfect life to those in His memory as expressed in the video link ** In the meantime, God warmly invites you to trust in Him for comfort (2 Cor. 1:3,4). Please accept my condolences during this time of distress.

How sad it is that you are mourning the loss of your dear . . .. Certainly, this is a very painful period. However, take comfort in knowing that God is aware of your despair and in due time, he will indeed act to forever eliminate death, sorrow and pain as indicated in this video link** (John 3:16, Rev. 21:3,4). Please accept my sincere condolences.
