Patrick May

Patrick Sylvester May, known to many as (P. May) was born June 16, 1959 To Saul May Sr. And Lucy L. Lomax May in Birmingham, AL.Patrick May made his transition Thursday June 22, 2017.He confessed Jesus Christ as his Savior at an early age.He graduated from Phillips High School, Class of "77" Patrick served in the U.S. Army Reserve for a while.He was an avid sportsman and loved playing for Central Softball Team.Patrick was employed by Unfinished Furniture Co., Corporate Express, Abby Properties and Blue Rock properties at The Park at Sunderland Apartment Homes.Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Saul May Sr., a son through guardianship, LeMareon(Dee)Campbell and a great grandchild, Armoni.He is survived by his loving, devoted wife, Loretta L. May, daughters Lena Lando and Tamara Mitchell, son by guardianship, Nathaniel Lando. Grandchildren, Antionette Smith, Felicia Smith, and Eieshia Sanders (Robert), Wendell Smith J.R., Quindarius and Joshua Mitchell and six great grandchildren,  Mother, Lucy L. May, three loving brothers, James W. May (Queenie), Bronx, NY, Saul May, Jr, ( Matilda), and Stanley May (Vicki), three sisters, Julia Elsberry, Gwendolyn May and Deborah Maze (Eugene) all of Birmingham, AL., and one sister-in-law, Veronica F. Campbell (Anthony), and one brother-in-law Harry Campbell, three very special nephews, Lovell Elsberry, Dareious Maze and Jeremy May and a very special niece, Vare(uncle toot) Maze, Lashaun Campbell, Gabriel Campbell, four aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Two very special friends Eddie Sanders and Wayne Powell.
