Valneiceiar Parks

Valneiceiar Parks, a resident of Birmingham, AL departed this life to eternal rest on May 5th, 2023. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 11:00am at Destiny Worship Center with burial at Oakland Memorial Gardens.

Valneiceiar LeBrasha Gardner, 43 years of age, passed away May 4, 2023.

Valneiceiar was born to Juanita Gardner (mother) and David Wallace (father) on February 17, 1980 in Mobile, Alabama. She graduated from Ensley High School, class of 98, and furthered her education at Lawson Community College where she received her Associates Degree.  

Valneiceiar accepted the Lord at a young age. She was a faithful member of Covenant of Glory and Grace where she served in the youth department. She worked in the Vestavia City Schools system. She was a faithful volunteer at all of her children’s and added on children school events.  Her sunshine smile brighten the hearts of many. 

Valneiceiar leaves to cherish her memory, a devoted son, Marcus Parks, Jr., three beautiful daughters, Ashley Parks, Ariel and Arianna Gardner; her brothers Myron (Larnecia) Gardner, David Wallace, Jr., and Carl Wallace; her sisters, Tiffany Gardner, India Gardner and Rayshundra Davis; her loving grandmothers Irene Gardner and JoAnn Taylor; always remembering her favorites  Céyvéon Gardner, Kristin Gardner, Mylaysia Gardner, Myia Powell and DeAndre Powell; her great-niece DeAysia Powell; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, uncles and aunts. Special acknowledge to Wayne Gates, who was an amazing father figure in her life; her besties, Antonia Roper, Myron Green, Tobias Fikes and Sharonda Grier.
