Obituary

Terrence Denard Allen, 41, of Merritt Island, Florida, ascended into the arms of the Heavenly Father on August 24, 2023.  Terrence was born October 15, 1981, to Jerry and Vivian (Fulcher) Allen.

He graduated from Merritt Island High School and attended Florida International University (FIU) where he was an offensive lineman on the football team. He drove trucks for over 10 years for notable companies Averitt Express and AAA Coopers Transportation. His greatest joy was spending time with his son, Micah, whom he affectionately called “The Big Guy.”

Terrence is survived by his father, Jerry Allen, mother, Vivian Allen, sister, Andrea Lane, grandmother, Annie Fulcher, his former spouse, April Allen, and their son, Micah, three nieces, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

A public viewing will be held Friday, September 8th from 12 pm to 8 pm and a homegoing service will be held on Saturday, September 9th at 2 pm at Eastside Funeral Home.
