James Edward Roberson

James E. Roberson, of Birmingham, AL departed this life to eternal rest on July 26, 2022. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 5, 2022, at 1:00pm at Eastside Funeral Home with burial at Forest Hill Cemetery.

Mr. James E. Roberson was born March 16, 1955, in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Gus Coleman and Dorothy Mealing. He has one brother. He confessed hope in Christ at an early age. James attend Job Corp for carpentry. He loved watching cowboys and having a good cold beer. You could always find him in front of the TV catching an episode of Gunsmoke. James was a quiet man, very devoted to his family. James was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Roberson. He leaves to cherish his memories: one son, Jason Roberson; one brother, Tony Carter (Tonia Carter) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other relatives. James was an extraordinary man and on today, we celebrate his life and legacy.
