Toney was and is a very unique soul. Every life he touched was made better. It's been hard for me to shed all of the tears I feel because when I think of him, I feel overwhelming happiness. I can't help it. He always kept me grinning from ear to ear. My heart does break over losing my friend that I've loved since junior high. I can't even begin to imagine the grief and loss of Toney's children, grandchild, and family. He adored and loved more than anything his family. That's not news to anyone. My dear friend was a good man and I will forever miss him and hold him dear to my heart. If I can do anything to help anyone please dont hesitate to get in touch. I love you Toney!! ALWAYS
