With deepest condolences to the entire Dials, Carter family may God wrap in in his arms and shield you with love at this difficult time. My greatest memory about Mrs.Cynt was we were talking about some paper work and I didn't agree she got mad and came back with food to eat to say no hard feelings, she was a real gem and I loved her for that always giving even when she was mad. RIP MY FRIEND Luv you Cynthia
