Marvin Perez Walls, Jr.

Marvin Perez Walls, Jr. was born on June 12, 1977 to the union of Marvin and Jacqueline Walls.  Marvin was educated in the Birmingham Public School System and graduated from Woodlawn High School Class of 1995.  He was employed by the ABC Board and later by the Birmingham Water Works.Marvin loved the game of football.  In fact, he started playing at the age of seven and continued to play through high school.  After high school, he continued to enjoy the game as a spectator and armchair quarterback.  He was affectionately called “Boo” by family, but also known as “Big Moon” to his teammates and friends.  His favorite team to cheer on was the Auburn University Tigers. Left to cherish his memories are:  his father, Marvin Walls, Sr.; his sister Lakeisha (Courtney) Brewer;  two nieces Zahria and Kennedy Brewer; one nephew Courtney Brewer, Jr.; Grandmother Thelma Walls and a host of other relatives and friends.  He was proceeded in death by his mother, Jacqueline Walls and his grandparents, Nathan and Bertha Bailey and Jerome Walls.
